Mr. Raley attended Centenary College of Louisiana and received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1978. Mr. Raley is licensed to practice law in the United States Tax Court and all Louisiana state and federal courts. He has successfully handled appeals to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and opposed a writ application filed in the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Raley has been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education programs. He served as a representative of the 26th Judicial District in the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates.
