Mr. Raley attended Centenary College of Louisiana and received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1978. He was awarded the coveted Martindale-Hubbell AV peer rating of Preeminent Attorney which is the highest rating available. During forty-three years of practicing law in North Louisiana, he has personally served the needs of over 8,000 clients
Mr. Raley is licensed to practice law in the United States Tax Court and all Louisiana state and federal courts. He has successfully handled appeals to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and opposed a writ application filed in the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Raley has been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education programs. He served as a representative of the 26th Judicial District in the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates. Mr. Raley is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association and the Harry V. Booth and Judge Henry A. Politz American Inns of Court

Rebecca P. Harden is a Paralegal and a Louisiana Civil Law Notary. As such, she is authorized by Louisiana Law to draft Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and other legal documents. She also coordinates client services for the law firm.
